USA - Vehicle was superior to CBD at all doses in inflammatory lesions. For non-inlammatory lesions Vehicle was superior 2 out of 3 dose types of CBD and almost equal to the last dose type of CBD. This indicates clear mix up.
Australia- CBD was superior to Vehicle for both inflammatory and non- inflammatory lesions. However , for inflmaatory lesions, 5% QD vs Vehicle was not statistically significant but 5% b.i.d dose was. Yet, they are selecting 5% QD for phase 3 trial? Why?
