$3.75 is a good result for the shareholders. Remember this was priced at < $2.50 at the beginning of this year. That in anyone's terms is a solid move up over 10/11 months.
The announcements were better than I expected. Booking.com is the worlds largest company of its type, and that can mean a solid boost to income by itself. The fact that they are buying a large stake in the company will motivate them (booking.com) to promote Zeno. Maybe they have their eye on buying out the company at a point in the future, but for now just be happy with the confidence it represents.
Hopefully the previous comments were correct and some people just had a bit of a panic sell. Still not good that this happened at all, but overall, happy with the outcome.
