IMO, only a positive for Lynas if this helps Malaysia realize they either adopt international standards for measuring radioactivity or they lose an amazing opportunity to be on the forefront of a major new technology production stream. Otherwise Lynas has no choice but to bear the cost of moving out of Malaysia.
