I note the AGM Notice states in relation to the proposed 1,750,000 options to be issued to Mr P Benjamin:
" The quantum of Options is consistent with past precedents for theCompany and should Shareholder approval be obtained the total number of options held by Directors postthe issue of the proposed Options will represent 8.2% of the Company’s currently issued share capital"
What it does not say is the Company in May 2019, issued 22,750,000 Options to Staff and Directors.
The Options Outstanding (including the subject 1,750,000) equate to 13.39% of TLM's Issued Shares.
