I'd rather see them release the new website they are allegedly sitting on, rather than post all this crap about strategic partners being tardy and the ASX stifling their freedom to report. Both of these may well be true, but they are only a result of their inconsistency in investor relations imo.

A good example of this is AGM Resolution 5, concerning the issue 23m shares to Progesys (project managers) at 3.7c pursuant to an offer exempt from disclosure.....which may well be a good deal, but i am just perplexed as to why this has not been disclosed previously. The only answer that springs to mind is the usual - if they were to disclose such information to shareholders, it would constitute ongoing engagement, which would potentially result in investor confidence and increased liquidity, leading to a healthier shareprice, and this would in turn make 3.7c issue price seem less attractive to Progesys - in other words, it just feels like another manifestation of the key stakeholders looking after one another at the expense of small shareholders.

Can you blame the ASX then for being overzealous in their vetting of AUQ announcements, when they are so inconsistent in their reporting?

They have really trapped themselves in a feedback loop of their own making.

Yeh there was way too much cut and paste from the 2018 annual report. Ho hum
