    As for a cheap shell. They now have a market cap of around $6.3mill. Take out LUM's cash of around $1.5mill and the shell is worth around $4.8mill? And they haven't bought anywhere near enough shares to be able to takeover or get control of LUM yet. Getting a bit pricey IMO but let's hope I'm wrong.

    Still can't work out the desire for LUMO's yet.
