Yep. I folded too but sold on market partially because i like the idea that someone other than NST may have collected the 400k, partially because i want the money fast amd partially because its easier because i live in Europe and havent seen an offer letter yet. it sucks. its wrong. its totally corrupt. but its happening so its time to take the 100% profit and find another. Too much risk to hold out now.

ADT will be getting my profits. Hugely undervalued and a prime takeover target. I know we arent meant to cross promote but id be intersted to hear where others who have sold are planning to reinvest.
