AMP and HHG are predominantly life insurers and fund managers and not subject to the floods,fires,natural disasters that effects the likes of the general insurers.
Amp trading profit for the last half and the recovery in the international markets seems all positive to me for amp which not that long ago was 3 times higher than the current levels.
