The reality is that if you look at it as a " current snapshot", with SDV and JB "up in the air" and the level of uncertainty around what will the A40 outcome be, that's a pretty accurate valuation.

The "potential" (SDV, JB, A40) is valued to nothing because "nothing tangible has been happening for ages"

It will (hopefully) change, but id you look at the "as is" picture, you can't blame them and they're not wrong.

Looking forward to the updated SDV plan, We have been in limbo for so many years. Hopefully we don't get "once again" disappointed with a plan that is "neither here nor there".
