Great that you are there. Be even better if you could film it or at minimum, record it.
Ask Phua for the exact details that the ASX want that is holding up the re-listing (I bet I know but - trading whilst insolvent)). If he says it's commercially sensitive, then maybe call for a resoiltion to have it disclosed. Oh so many more questions but I'm sure you have it under control.
