I just rang up Mildura Rural Council
there has not been a planning permit and building permit issued for their site at 23 Greentek court Koorlong.
Why are they lying to us about being able to start construction and being able to secure funding?
Presumably you can't secure construction funding without an issued planning permit?
is this a con job of the highest order?
I suggest that investors start a class action to investigate this further.
