    I know I'm one of the fortunate ones, but I'll be over the moon if we get back into the 30s. I've bought 3 separate parcels in the 30s over the last few years. My average price is 38 cents. I'm tempted to split my next purchase, participate in the SPP (perhaps a little silly, yes) and then if it continues to fall, purchase more.
