Resolution seven - privacy or private company!?

It is very interesting that in opposing the shareholder special resolution that the issue of privacy has been raised.

i know of several small shareholders who were contacted on their home numbers when cheap votes were being sought to get a directors’ loan vote over the line.

privacy did not seem to be a concern then.

ultimately they got their votes... just.

you got to wonder (if not for one shareholder spending his own coin on a mail out then) if this agm we would have been asked to vote a slab more reissued options to mr wotton.

that’s the value of this resolution. The board will win given the high threshold, but Accountability works.
