Well only 3 days to wait... while I know SPX was kicking around ( checking tenement corners etc) with various tenements including Penny West with Dr John Chisholm in early 2018, it seems there’s a real substantive reason for VMC taking action here. VMC has the T20 owning over 50% ( including large director holdings )and nearly 60% of the listed options. They will have the most to loose here if its a frivolous claim. However been full considered approval from the board. These people are successful and reputable. Not dummies or suss if anyone cares to actually check, so their legal advice for them to act must have been compelling. Their timing towards SPX is clearly obvious ( and I don’t just mean a MRE). So it’ll be very interesting to also see whether there’s been any contact or attempted resolution before this.
