Apologies, I missed your post as I don't visit the KOV thread very often (basically only around three times a year: interim result, final result, and AGM time. Outside of those times, I tend to not think about the company at all.)

In response to your post, I really think you worry far too much about what the share price is doing.

This is a micro-cap stock whose share trade is highly illiquid, meaning that just a few thousand shares changing hands can cause large fluctuations in the value of the company.

I mean, it went from ~$2.60 to $3.84 in the space of a few weeks.
Why you are anxious about it then falling back to $3.05 is something that escapes me.

Rather spend your time thinking about this performance of the business, and its valuation.
