I participated in the 2018 rights issue. Paid 72.5c based on the company's pre acquisition EPS of 6.4c and pro forma post acquisition EPS of 7.7c. Now I'm being asked to approve a remuneration report and performance rights compared to EPS of 5.4c. So we are rewarding management for a 30% decline in EPS?! If only, I could vote...
