This "investment haven" has demanded that half the process be shut down after being re-built overseas, production is knee-capped and waste recycling is banned. Downstream investments would need to be linked to extra capacity because current NdPr production is already locked in with the Japanese. But but wait, oh yeah, production is knee-capped.
Get the hell out of Dodge! Processing capacity outside malaysia can't come soon enough.
