Yes Tiger555. And occupying the same position (Technical Director) in both. It does seem a bit strange? So ... it cannot be a full-time position then! Would there be any conflicts of interest that could arise? How will company confidentiality be maintained? The more I think about it I realise you were right to raise the issue!
