no doubt about it - corporate governance has to improve and I agree that they (the new board) need to inform the market fully once they are in the cockpit. Nevertheless, I still thik this sale is a big plus for a couple of reasons. Firstly, it can be used to take another big chuk out of the senior debt and secondly, it means they have actually made a profit on the voucher business. As for the senior debt, I thought it was around 1.2-1.3 billion before last two big sales. The total from the deal with MSPE was aroud 480mill & the voucher business be around 200mill - however, I don't think all the MSPE was going to be used to retire debt. Still, all in all, I see today's announcement as a positive but agree with the need for clarity in the future.
