IMO Tali Test revenue is only half the story. While great if they do they don't need to make a lot from the screening. 11% of US children have ADHD. In your example above using 1 million screenings they would detect that 110k children have ADHD.
Tali Train or prescription medication? that's the parents choice if they wish to address it so you then have 110k patients that can buy a $200-400 app program that they can use in home to improve their child attention deficit. A solution clinically proven to improve the condition long term. As a parent surely that's an easy choice to make, even easier if subsidized by healthcare?
While the Tali Test may give up much of it's margin to the US companies my thoughts are that Tali Train will give up very little, lets say even if they give up 20% then they are still getting at least $160 per patient, with 110k patients that is $17.6m
The initial market entry will be the most aggressive as there will be a large range of untested children however with around 4 million children in the US born each year the ongoing market is large and that's without considering the rest of the world.
