Does anyone know if the money was repaid? I would presume not - If it had been I am sure the new board would have put out an announcement as it would be a win for them. If any of the debtors had money surely they would have paid by now and if they don't pay who takes the matter further. The really huge question right now must be your one. With all the legal outcomes to date at some point, you would expect the legal system to stop the process and that ASIC or whoever would just appoint administrators until the truth can be disclosed. Who has the ultimate authority to suspend directors and take control is it only someone appointing receivers?
