It would be very interesting if the Indian government is involved given CNE's arbitration case against them.
Makes one wonder if some kind of deal has been struck between the 2.
I couldn't imagine the Indians buying anything off CNE if CNE owed them a billion $$ and I couldn't see CNE selling to India if they won and were about to get several hundred million.......
