    I agree SpartanBull - this is probably a $40m stock at best -

    it's still $80m currently and probably significantly overvalued

    certainly, when the performance options are given to Greg Battersby, then we all get further diluted by another 30-40%

    This is a stock that's going to go down before it goes up.
