I suppose if you read between the lines - Shougang kept deferring the meeting. That to me indicates that they are cooling off. Either way we need some certainty here - an update is much needed. If it is on, then great (bad luck to those who sold), if it is off then it is first to the exits, behind those that luckily went first!
