Guys unless Im missing something, the video from @Fatman8 talks about collaboration in Singapore with US company Global Foundaries. Their HQ is in Silicon Valley. they have manufacturing in Singapore.
They look like serious players. Hope we win the race as first mover advantage is the best outcome for shareholders. Harness the hype and all that.
