„4. If SK Innovation issues an agreed pre-payment / finance letter to Australian Mines by 31 October 2019, the parties will proceed to negotiate and finalise the formal documentation (including the specific terms and conditions) with respect to that support by 31 January 2020.“
My understanding is that Australian Mines must receive a kind of letter or term sheet by the end of October otherwise the agreement will expire.
Should such a letter be issued for the advance payment, there will be time until the end of January 2020 to agree on the contractual details. Whether something comes from SK should be clarified by a message as in the termsheet in February 2018.
