Supply is the big problem with oil. Demand needs to be reduced by over 2% pa to match depletion estimates and this is not happening.
CVN and the world will be happy with US$100 - $120bbl but $200bbl along with all the pain it causes will eventuate.
As for the SP, we are caught in the grip of financial turmoil rather than demand destruction and collapsing oil.
CVN has proven worth with more in the ground.
