I suppose it comes down really to how matters are established. Given the nature of the product it could well be as Jujutrain suggests, a simple matter of payment before it leaves the dock.

The Q references made make it clear that the bottom-line would be enhanced for both parties.

Also it could well be presumed that GS would have things nice and tight from a legal perspective. esp.
