Very very detailed.
Too much to go through in a single post. Have read through the entire document, looks like they have fairly robust policies and procedures for everything. Answers are very detailed and show ISX has regard for both the integrity of it's operations and the law throughout its journey so far.
I can't say I see anything that raises any alarm bells at this point.
No, ISX has quite clearly been suspended to protect market participants as it has displayed extreme volatility, and these investigations would have been likely to make that worse. That's the reason for the suspension.
If you want to ask about the reason for the investigation that's another story.
They aren't using that for the basis of reporting revenue, it's guidance, that's how guidance is generally formed, based on expected contracted revenue.
