CONTRACTS.
The tender process for RLL is progressing well and once finalized, the winner of the offtake agreement (10% of 10 years production for lithium carbonate) for a value of $40-60m and the winners of the agency agreements will be announced to the market.
Negotiations are continuing with Shougang and WISCO for the long term supply contract. All announcements must be in regards to final or matured decisions, as per the ASX rules.
DEMERGER.
Demerger has some audit and accounting issues because it is covering Argentina as well as AIFRS accounting standards. Time is all that it takes.
