why all the negative sentiment! If you think its so bad then sell on the open, most would be in profit now anyway.
Having a big institutional backing is a fantastic sign, I'm sure they didn't go in with thier eyes closed. I would rather see the price higher also but in the current market we should be pretty pleased. the investor is playing with someone's superannuation funds so they have looked at the deal carefully I'm sure and therefore are expecting growth.
All the negative sentiment does nothing to help the selling price. The new MD and co have to put considerable money into the company to realise thier options so one would assume they are going to get the share price significantly higher before they expire if they are to get anything out of it.
how about looking at the upsides of the announcements. To date the company have delivered, perhaps not to the unrealistically high expectations of many, but they have delivered and there is no reason to expect they will not contintue to do so!
