perhaps they are only raising what they need for now, can raise more later at a higher price hopefully.

these guys are smart, lets give them some credit, including for doing the right thing by the company, there is no evidence to suggest they are shady characters. They all have excellent credentials so those posters that are suggesting they done dodgy deals etc should be mindful of trashing someone with a distinct lack of evidence!
