BPT are in a powerful position in the PB because of the infrastructure they got there! They have access to market with pipes and processing capability! Basically plug and play for any new production wells brought into line from the Kingia stratigraph layer from all of their tenements! This is great as it will quickly add to their 2P and 2C reserves!
Based on the last quarterly update, they need this rise in gas as only oil went up!
Future is bright for BPT, don't let the mediocre sp let you down. Big fishes will be looking at the PB and BPT will either try to defend or reap huge rewards from an offer!
Who knows, someone could even build a new LNG train just for the PB. The catalyst would be enough 2C/3C being booked by all the players! If we see a cumulative north of 5+Tcf from all the players (I think it is easy and way more than that if the fairway theory continues getting proven!), perhaps it may be worth it!?!?
Because it is conventional, it will be cheap to get out of the ground and the economics of getting a LNG Train may prove feasible!
