Hope 2008,
Looked at CER. Whilst I know it is safer it still carries downside if things go wrong, whereas CNP carries huge leverage on the upside. I like to invest where the upsides can be multiples, i.e. higher percentage returns.
Easy to say CER carries less risk than CNP, but it is really all dependent on CNP. I would hate to be a CER holder if CNP failed, so it all comes back to CNP in the long run. Why take less upside when there is still a great deal of risk attached to parent entity.
