It is a concern - they have not given the market any idea of their projected cashflow/profitability yet.
Surely they wont be able to debt fund due to lack of cashflow figures?
The only way they might be able to do so is if they could lock in a contracted Tin price and offtake. But even then we have no idea of recovery and costs at this stage, and if they cant provide to market, I doubt a bank will finance?
All seems like a bit of a gamble at this stage, but I can only hope management know what they are doing.
I can tell you, I am going to be disappointed if they do a cap raising to sophisticated at anywhere below 20c!
