    I was going to comment but I find the whole performance/ bonus and staff incentives thing a massive blow to the brain cells every time I see it, back in the day you got paid a wage to perform or you were out, these days you get well paid to do your job and whether you do or not you get a stack of extras regardless.
    i hate the whole idea.
