Seems to be conflicting forecasts for Lithium supply / demand for the rest of the year and into 2020. I think the worst of the decline (in Lithium) has happened now and PLS is still solvent so hopefully they can sort out recoveries this quarter and then demand picks up in 2020. If that happens then PLS is good buying at these levels (but still lots of risk).
