The ASX is now very concerned about SKN financial health and whether the nature and pitiful size of the business now even qualifies to be listed on the ASX.

From the ASX letter to SKN,

"Does SKN consider that the financial condition of SKN is sufficient to warrant continued listing on ASX as required under Listing Rule 12.2? In answering this question, please also explain the basis for this conclusion."

and

"Does SKN consider that its level of operations is sufficient to warrant continued quotation of its securities on ASX as required under listing rule 12.1? In answering this question, please explain the basis for this conclusion. In answering this question, please comment on the nature of the SKN’s current business activities."

I would encourage readers to review the answers delivered by SKN and determine for themselves their veracity.

I would think the ASX is doing the same.

I have never seen this line of questioning before, IMO its an serious indicator that the ASX are deeply concerned about SKN's future.
