Given the deadline for the return of the bank notes passed last week and the new developments with receivers being appointed by PFG, I think it's safe to say that our new BHD directors will be releasing an announcement in due course.
I'm thinking that the bank notes still haven't been returned. Mainly because I can't picture the directors of JBL complying with any order that benefits BHD shareholders; but also I think we would have seen an announcement already if they had been returned.
