So who bought them. Enough people to own less than 5% each due to no announcements. If ANZ sold to others that are not connected to SLA then directors are not going to accept a cash payment as compensation. I just can't see ANZ selling a controlling share to others although I am the first to admit that I have no connection so am completely independant.
Nicholls5 you seem to know something so who then did buy 56 Min shares??
