The option is just $14k plus shares to the value of $14k to make it up to $28k so not a lot of money for a reasonable option to purchase land at $2100 per acre.
One thing that does stand out is the option expires on Oct 31 - 2020 - does that mean we can expect a partner in place by Oct 2020?
