L, you guys are better than I am, to me that Italian message was gobbledegook.
At first they are talking of the blood tests whitewashing everything else, next thing they are talking of following the Nice guidelines where a positive skin test has to be followed by a blood test.
Typical Italian over excitement (the Latin temperament bit) or just poor translation?
Regardless, it sure reads well for QFT.
