I personally think the current SP price levels reflect the current status. Merger pending on a court case with a decent chance of success. Lets say a 75/25 percent weighting. Say $9 SP based on approved merger $9 x 0.75 = $6.75. Failed merger $6.75 x 0.75 = $5.06.

I think the SP will most certainty drop below $6 if the merger is blocked. Given the resource spent and time lost with this exercise this would be a significant hit to TPG. I see the current pricing as a general market indicator that success is likely but still weighted with some risk as one can never be sure. You could almost argue that given Teoh didn't cover himself in glory in court and TPG's case wasnt a complete home run (abandoned building a network due to health fears - please!) that we have seen the SP trail back down to sub $7.

I really just hope the ACCC get their ass handed to them again in court. I do seriously struggle with the way they operate and how they blow taxpayer dollars on ridiculous legal outings. 0-6 her is hoping 0-7 and some serious changes on how they conduct themselves.
