The parties may be negotiating at the moment but that means little. Negotiations can take years. Look at Ivanhoe in Mongolia. Still 6 to 8 months off after years of talks.
Yes there will be something released but it may not be what you are expecting. Once again time will tell. I expect the big announcement to be some way down the track.
Certainly it is better to have low expectations till the announcement comes out and then perhaps will will be surprised on the up side.
