The additional information’must’ be critical to the company and it’s SH.
The TH was announced before trading, imagine if the company had traded today; there would have been chaos with the SP and then a TH announcement, millions would have been lost.
The optimist in me agrees with the debt clearing as a condition of a commercial deal.
