Also, noting this, I would also recommending removing any lowball sell orders in the current market, as NMDC can still acquire 3% per 6 months on market - without falling foul of the substantial holder provisions. So, any Bidder Statement may come with - I expect - some further on market activity (unless you want to sell them for under .007c).
