Angry how is CVI's $12 million share subscription and different from prominent angolan a's $x million share subscription or swiss investment banker b's $y million share subscription. We are hearing that 1 billion is already secured and in trust right now. If other investors are prepared to put their money in the trust account pending final confirmation (presumably with a return of funds clause if it falls through) how would little tiny CVI justify being special enough to not hand their money over until the deal is finalised?
