With QBE's one billion dollar takeover of PMI's Australian business announced after the close today, it would appear that Frank O'Halloran has said goodbye to IAG. And there goes any takeover premium.
James Strong tried to play hard ball with QBE and now looks to have payed the price. QBE never over pay.
