Wondering if at higher concentrations - say 70%isopropyl alcohol (IPA)10% hexylmethyldisiloxane 10% (HDS) propylene glycol and 10% (PG) oleyl alcohol (OA) and some atoms of silicon - the stuff in itself (PERMETREX) could do what the company said it has done in the American study (due to pour QA or whatever).....
