    Even if the personally gift-wrapped loan arrngement offered by MP is still on offer, its not enough to pay out the note holders. Of course the noteholders could accept shares instead but considering they paid 20c per share, I doubt they'll be excited about exchanging their 20c cash payment for a 1.5c share.
